The item must be returned in its original condition: it must not be worn, altered, washed or damaged. It must be returned in its original packaging.
Any return that does not meet the requirements or is not suitable for resale (damaged, used or contaminated) cannot be the subject of a refund.

Refund: The refund delivery costs will be at your expense.
As soon as your request for a refund is accepted, you will receive an email indicating the procedure for returning your parcel. Whatever the type of return, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with a note indicating the return number, name, address and reason for the return.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the refund will be made directly to your bank account, depending on the payment method used when ordering. The refund amount will be equal to the price of the returned product without penalties, except for the return costs, which remain at your expense.
In case of refund, except for defective products or order error on our part, the shipping cost of your original order cannot be refunded to you.
An email will be sent to you to confirm the return of your order or to indicate the code of your credit note to be refunded.

Minimise contact with agents that can accelerate the tarnishing process. These include skin creams, perfumes, hairspray, perspiration, acidic skin ph., salty air, sulphurous air, humidity, chlorine, sea water and medication secreted through skin
Remove jewellery when bathing or swimming and before going to bed
Take it off before doing any exercise or physical activity to keep it away from extra knocks and sweat.
Store it neatly away when not in use. Avoid extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
